The course is structured in 7 key stages of development and activation. The 7 Step Course will be a process of opening up chakra portals, one by one, working on each chakra individually from the lower to the higher, clearing and rebalancing. Each session will include energy sensitisation practices enabling you to activate your higher abilities which have been there latent inside of you all along.

Step One: Activating 1st Chakra

• Who are you as a Lightworker? What does it mean to be a Lightworker? What is your role as a Lightworker? There will be an opportunity to reflect on your life to date to gain insight in how it’s been preparing you for this role all along
• Protection: Importance of protection; practicing techniques for self-protection
• Learn about the chakra system; understand each chakra and its processes, each chakra’s relevant issues, what needs healing and releasing
• Key principles of the healing and activation process – what experiences to expect
• Importance and practice of meditation.
• Deepening into the 1st Chakra
• 1st Chakra Activation – Healing meditation and visualization. Activating deep healing and releasing of all old karmic patters, emotions, beliefs, habits and thought forms that’s not serving you. With permission and your intent, the old will be replaced with new positive higher vibrational thought forms and resources, activating the higher abilities of the higher mind. This is advanced DNA activation.

Step Two: Activating 2nd Chakra

• Deepening into the 2^nd Chakra
• Energy sensitisation: Sitting in your power; sensing the finer vibrations of energy, sensing energy and auras
• Learning to connect with your spirit guides; inviting them in and feeling their presence
