How does it work?

This exciting workshop is co-written and facilitated by Andrea Nolan and Narina Riskowitz and is being held at the Light of Hope Centre in Sale, Manchester. The workshop runs from 9:30am until 4:30pm. Drinks are provided but please bring your own lunch. Just to note - it is the policy of the centre that mobile phones are switched off for the entire duration of the workshop in keeping with their spiritual aims so please be prepared to abandon your phone for the day. Secure lockers are available at the Centre where they can be left, along with your day-to-day concerns!
